Homepage Sponsorship

Quantity: 1 Homepage Sponsorship

Notes:

• Image is not a collage, and has no embedded text or logos

Email Alerts

Quantity: 6 per calendar year (currently unlimited)
Type: HTML/Plain-Text email (choose one and/or both)
Specs: Provide the following:

• Email Content (HTML or Plain-Text email)
• Subject Line
• Targeting Criteria: Use this form to select your criteria.
  Targeting is based on Location and Price.
  

Notes:

• HTML emails are designed by the Advertiser
• No Flash or Javascript are permitted in the HTML email
• If using CSS in your HTML email, you must use Inline styling versus Internal CSS or linking to an External CSS file. Internal CSS will not display correctly in various web-based email, such as Hotmail, Gmail, AOL or Yahoo.

Leads

Details: A Lead is generated when a person signs up either as a MyNewCondoGuide member or subscribes to the New Homes Guide magazine and indicates they are interested in condominiums. A subscription form contains questions that tell us each person's geographic and price preferences. You'll then receive only the leads that are relevant to your condominium listing.

Options: Leads can be received through one or all of the following.

• ProspectsPulse: Leads can be viewed and/or downloaded as a CSV file through ProspectsPulse at anytime.
  Note: The CSV file format can be viewed using Microsoft Excel.
• Email: Leads can be received daily via email.
• FTP: Leads can be sent daily to your FTP site either as a CSV file or an XML file.

Notes: The ProspectsPulse option is automatically activated once your Advertising Package is live on NewCondominiumGuide.com.

Logo

Image: 1 Logo per Ad Package
Specs: 130 x 40 pixels, 72 dpi, JPG only, RGB format

Notes:

• Logo must be on a white background
• Logo must be submitted before a package can be made active
